General Policy

Pinnaclesway is dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, we have a clear returns and refunds policy, subject to the limitations indicated below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and examined, the original payment method will be used to effectuate the refund. Please give the refund process five to seven business days to finish.

Return Procedure

For every return, take these actions:

  • To commence the return procedure, please contact customer service at support@pinnaclesway.store.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return.
  • Await instructions on where to ship the item.
  • To speed the process, provide a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof of refund or replacement.

Within 72 hours of receipt, you will receive an email confirming the successful completion of your return. If a refund is required, it will be issued within seven days. Keep in mind that if you rely on your bank or credit card company, the credit may take an extra 3-5 working days to be posted to your account.

Return Cases

  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to consumer remorse, the customer is liable for the return shipping expenses. A refund will be granted for the item price less the original shipping costs.
  • Faulty Product: For faulty products, provide clear images of the defect to support@pinnaclesway.store. We will provide a return label, and after examination, a complete refund will be granted.
  • Package Damaged: If your shipment arrives clearly damaged, take photos and call us right away. We will work with the shipping company to fix the problem and send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Wrong Size: If you received the incorrect size, please contact us at support@pinnaclesway.store for additional assistance. We will give a return label and, after we get the item, we will either deliver the right size or issue a refund.
  • Package Torn: In the event the package is torn upon arrival, document the damage and contact us immediately. To fix the problem, we will collaborate with the shipping company and provide a replacement or a refund.
